Yes, entirely. We charge you nothing to send your request or to route it to the right lawyer. Your relationship with that lawyer, however, is a separate agreement: they may contact you to understand your request, give a preliminary or a full consultation, or a free one, depending on your case and the details you attached — and they are entitled to ask for fees or an upfront amount. The platform does not intervene in fees and takes no share of them.

No. We are an intermediary platform that connects you with licensed lawyers and firms: we read your request, route it to the right specialist, and they contact you directly. Every agreement and every fee is strictly between the two of you; the platform stands outside that relationship and bears no responsibility for it.

Will the lawyer ask me for money?

They may, and that is their right. The lawyer or firm alone sets their fees, may require an upfront amount before a consultation or before starting work, and may waive it. Agree the terms clearly and in writing before you pay anything — the platform is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee it.

Yes. The connection is encrypted, what you send is shown only to the lawyer handling your request, and it is covered by legal privilege once they are engaged. We do not sell your data and never share it with marketing parties.

When will the lawyer contact me?

We route your request to the specialist the moment it arrives, and they contact you based on their availability during working hours. Urgent requests — those with a hearing date or a legal deadline — are given priority.

What documents do I need?
